INDEMNITY

ARBITRATION

Neither you nor We will participate in a class, collective, or representative proceeding against the other. If this class action waiver is found unenforceable, then the parties agree that this Arbitration section will not apply, and the dispute will instead be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Florida.

The arbitration will be conducted in the State of Florida, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
