Thriving, Not Just Surviving the Pandemic
Who would have thought that we would be going through a pandemic? But here are…and this event is going to change all of our lives forever. But how is it going to change our lives? We don’t know that… but this is the part we get to write. What are you doing to make it mean? How will this pandemic improve your life? In fact, we should not let this pass without it having a positive effect in our lives. All this uncertainty and suffering will be even more painful if we go back to living our lives like we used to, because what this pandemic has showed us, is that we weren’t living our best lives to begin with.
On this podcast episode I talk about how to approach this pandemic, how we can deal with the changes and uncertainty. But most importantly, I ask you what are you going to make this mean? And share with you some ideas of how we can turn this experience into something positive in the end.
